These terms apply when you use our online store and buy from The Dapo Guy ("we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. About our products

Our Dapos are handmade spinning star flow toys. Because each one is made by hand, small differences in pattern, colour, size and stitching are normal and part of the charm. Photos and screen colours are a guide and may look slightly different in person. Product details such as weight and fabric are shown on each product page.

2. Using a Dapo safely

A Dapo is a toy for play, not a decoration or a safety device. Use it in an open space away from people, pets, breakable objects and hazards. Children should be supervised by an adult. Do not use it near open flames or while doing anything that needs your full attention. You use your Dapo at your own risk and are responsible for playing sensibly.

3. Prices and orders

• Prices are shown in euros. Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• When you place an order we send an email confirming we received it. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has shipped.
• We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
• Payment is taken on Shopify's secure checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen with carriers and customs. If you order from outside the country we ship from, you may have to pay import duties or taxes charged by your country, unless they are shown and paid at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered wrongly.

5. Returns, refunds and your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. Depending on where you live, this can include the right to cancel a distance sale within a set period (for example 14 days in the EU and UK) and the right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us through our Contact page as soon as you can with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.

6. Our content

The designs, photos, text, name and logo on this store belong to The Dapo Guy or are used with permission. You may view and share the store for personal use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Messages and reviews you send us

If you send us a review or message, you promise that it is honest, your own, and does not break the law or anyone's rights. You allow us to show your review on this store, with your first name, and to edit it for length or remove it if it breaks these terms. Reviews are checked before they appear.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not use the store to break the law, send harmful or misleading content, try to access parts of the store you are not meant to, copy it with automated tools, or disrupt how it works.

9. Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep the store accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law, and it does not take away your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Third parties

Our store uses Shopify and other services, such as payment providers and delivery companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for other websites we may link to.

11. Privacy and cookies

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where The Dapo Guy business is registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
